Please check the individual event page for Heritage Railway Association (HRA) Inter-Rail Pass and NLR Member privilege ticket validity at the Special Events shown above.

NLR Member Access: Free site access to most special events is restricted (Please check the individual event page) to those members holding a "Staff Identity Card" i.e. working volunteer members who will be actively involved in the operation of the railway. Individual events may require an additional special pass to be shown to gain free entry for ALL members.

Steam & Diesel locomotives are scheduled to be used (Mixed Service) on the following dates:

January: No Mixed Service days scheduled
February: No services at railway
March: 31^st (1330 service scheduled to be Diesel hauled all others are Steam hauled)
April: 1^st (1330 service scheduled to be Diesel hauled all others are Steam hauled)
May: 4^th, 5^th, 6^th, 25^th, 26^th & 27^th (1330 service scheduled to be Diesel hauled all others are Steam hauled)
June: 30^th (1330 service scheduled to be Diesel hauled all others are Steam hauled)
July: 27^th & 28^th (1330 service scheduled to be Diesel hauled all others are Steam hauled)
August: 24^th, 25^th & 26^th
September: 28^th & 29^th (1015 service scheduled to be Diesel hauled all others are Steam hauled)
October: No Mixed Service days scheduled
November: No services at railway
December: No Mixed Service days scheduled

A Diesel locomotive is scheduled be used on all services the following dates:

June: 2^nd, 9^th, 16^th & 23^rd
July: 7^th, 14^th & 21^st
August: 4^th, 11^th & 18^th
September: 1^st, 8^th, 15^th & 22^nd
October: 6^th, 13^th & 20^th
November: No services at railway
December: 29^th
January 2014: 1^st

A Steam locomotive is scheduled to be used on all services on the following dates:
