Bridge 13

Bridge 13 is a 6 span steel girder bridge that carries the line over the River Nene just to the north of Pitsford & Brampton Station. The bridge has taken more than 2 years and cost nearly £50,000 to restore to service. Unfortunately, this is not the end of our problem, there is another almost identical bridge a quarter of a mile up the line.
