GWR Open ‘C’ / Tube ‘C’ Wagon № W94845, built at Swindon works, is one of only four examples in preservation.
Originally numbered by the GWR as № 94845 the wagon became № W94845 upon Nationalisation of the railways in 1948.

This type of Great Western 4-plank open wagon was built during the period between 1917 to 1927 to diagram O19.
W94845 is likely to have been built in 1919 or 1920.
