Donate your Nectar points to the NLR
Nectar has partnered with Crowdfunder, the UK’s largest crowdfunding platform, to launch Nectar Donate, a new scheme allowing you to donate your Nectar points to UK charities.
How do I donate my Nectar points to Northampton And Lamport Railway CIO?
Follow these simple steps to get started with Nectar Donate:
- Link your Nectar and Crowdfunder accounts, or create a Crowdfunder account if you haven’t already (you only need to do this once).
- To donate your Nectar points, head to our Crowdfunder page and select ‘Donate using Nectar points’.
3. At checkout, select ‘Donate with Nectar’ under payment method and select/enter your donation in pounds (£).
4. Complete the checkout process to make your Nectar donation.
That’s it! Your Nectar points will be converted into pounds, helping us to restore, maintain and enhance the railway & its vehicles.
How much are Nectar points worth?
100% of your donation will come to us, there are no hidden fees.
200 Nectar points is £1 (donations need to be made in increments of £1).
Do I need to donate all of my Nectar points?
No. You only donate what you’d like. So, you can donate all or some of your points, it’s up to you.
Is there a limit on how many points I can donate?
A maximum of 1,000,000 Nectar points can be donated per donation (that’s equivalent to £5,000).
I don’t have a Nectar card, what should I do?
Don’t worry, you can sign up for a Nectar card on Nectar’s website. The card will be sent to you in the post.
How do I unlink my Nectar and Crowdfunder accounts?
You can unlink your accounts as well as see past points donations from your Crowdfunder account in your user dashboard.
